Every site hoarding HoardingsDirect build is constructed to BS 1722 Part 7 standards using top quality materials from sustainable sources whenever possible in accordance with our Environmental policy and ISO 4001 accreditation.
For printed site hoarding panels, HoardingsDirect utilizes a direct to substrate UV printing process to create high resolution full colour images and text direct to high quality composite aluminium material (ACM) or specially developed printable hoarding boards that eliminate the need to sheet your hoardings with plywood.
Our printing is tough and scratch resistant and is literally baked onto the surface of the hoarding panel protecting the image from adverse weather conditions and the fading effects of natural sunlight for years which means we can guarantee our printed site hoarding panels for 7 years.

Aluminium Composite Material (ACM)
The process used for our site hoarding involves printing directly onto a high quality lightweight composite 3mm aluminium material (AMC), or specially developed printable hoarding boards. We use an ultra violet (UV) cured direct to substrate digital printing process that protects the image from adverse weather conditions and natural UV from sunlight. The finished site hoarding board is then mounted onto the plywood hoarding panel skin to create an eye-catching advertising hoarding.
Aluminium Composite sheet has a polyethylene core. This makes up 90% of the structure of each sheet. The polyethylene core of the Aluminium Composite sheet is faced with two thin sheets of aluminium. This aluminium is bonded onto the core during the manufacturing process and it is virtually impossible to separate the layers of material once they have been bonded.
Wherever possible, HoardingsDirect obtain all of our materials from sustainable sources helping to reduce our impact on the environment as well as yours. Due to the nature of the hoarding panels and hoarding boards we use, HoardingsDirect also offer a hoarding system that can be mounted and de-mounted for future use, helping to reduce your future set-up costs significantly.

Graphic Panel Lamination
For a really sharp looking finish, HoardingsDirect can provide you with a high gloss over lamination service or if you need a heavier duty finish for high risk areas, we also provide a heavy duty easy-to-clean anti-graffiti laminate finish.
Our high quality standard laminate is a 70 to 80 micron monomeric High Gloss PVC face film, coated with a permanent PH neutral pressure sensitive adhesive and is the popular choice for lamination, suitable for a variety of applications for protecting and enhancing prints outdoor.
